- The Bureau of Reclamation, Albuquerque Area Office, through the Upper Colorado Regional Office, has a requirement for two heavy duty dump trucks for delivery to the Elephant Butte Field Station located in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include technical capability to meet the government need; price; ease of operation and energy conservation; and past performance. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. Request for Quotation No. R11PS43017 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted shortly after transmission of this synopsis. Thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov, or directly at http://ideas.nbc.gov. This acquisition is full and open. NAICS is 336120. PSC is 2320. Prospective offerors must be registered, and must maintain an active registration, in the Central Contractor Registration database found at http://www.ccr.gov.
