- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) San Diego, Department of Navy (DoN) Strategic Sourcing Initiative for DoN-wide Wireless Services. FISC San Diego Regional Contracts Departments intends to solicit and award Multiple Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for DoN Wireless Services Program in support of mission critical needs of Navy and Marine Corps. This notice posts the solicitation and the Justification to use Brand Name for BlackBerry . All questions regarding this notice for Solicitation N00244-11-R-0008 shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Tess Heidrich, (Code 200A) by email to cellmac@navy.mil. All submitted questions shall be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the closing date specified on the RFP and shall specifically identify this solicitation number N00244-11-R-0008. Questions sent by another method or those that do not specify the solicitation number will not be answered. Questions submitted within the 7 day minimum may not receive a response. All email communications shall include the inquiring company s name, address, POC name, email address/es and telephone number/s, fax number. Also include the offering entity s cage code, Tax ID number, Business size, county and DUNS number. Questions or request for changes must include the page number and paragraph number, the specific issue/question AND proposed alternative language as necessary. Industry Day. The Navy plans to host one-on-one meetings with offerors to discuss the RFP requirements and the offeror s questions. Time slots are an hour and a half. As the time available is short for each offeror, it is required that the offeror attend with full knowledge of the RFP requirements and specific questions relating to specific paragraphs of the RFP where possible. If offeror plans to propose alternative language, offeror must email the alternative language to cellmac@navy.mil prior to the day of their Industry Day appointment and offeror may email revised alternative language after the appointment. Offeror s will be responsible to bring copies of all documentation needed for their use. Offeror s must provide picture ID s upon entering the security area. The entrance is at 937 Harbor Drive, and pay parking lots are on Harbor Drive (Midway Museum) and at two intersections of Broadway and Pacific Highway. Meetings will begin and conclude at the appointed times. Currently, there are four time slots available; as requested, additional times may become available. The time slots are: July 12th from 1PM to 2:30PM; July 12th from 3PM to 4:30PM; July 13th 1PM to 2:30PM; and July 13th 3PM to 4:30PM. Offeror s who meet the requirements are invited to submit a request for reservation to Industry Day, please state the number and title of participants, and the day time for first, second, and third choice. The first **NOTE: The NAVSUP FISC organization changes names as of July 1, 2011 to NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center. The name, FISC San Diego is changing to FLC San Diego. ***There is no Amendment 0001 issued as of yet
