- Amendment #1 is issued to accomplish the following: 1. Omit an error in Attachment 2, Part A - Sample Project Statement of Work which states " Submission will be electronic only, e-mailed to Samuel.Colton@us.army.mil." It is the intent of the Government to receive only written submissions as identified within Section L, "Instructions, Conditions & Notices to Offerors" of the subject solicitation. As such, offeror submissions will be accepted only as identified on page 46 of solicitation, "c. Electronic submissions via email or fax will not be accepted. Offers shall be mailed through a commercial/Government carrier or hand carried." 2. Notify potential offerors of a pre-proposal conference & site visit to be held 6 July 2011 from 1000-1300 at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) Base Theatre, building 515, F Street, Yuma, AZ 85365. The pre-proposal conference will afford potential offerors the opportunity to view the Sample Project. 3. As a result of the aforementioned, the solicitation will be extended from 6 July 2011 at 11:00 AM MST to 20 July 2011 at 11:00 MST. All other terms and conditions specified within the solicitation remain unchanged.
