- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All interested parties are advised to read the solicitation document in its entirety to ensure a full understanding of the current requirement and required documentation for proposals. SITE VISIT: The site visit for this requirment will be held on June 24, 2011 at 09:00AM EST. All interested parties shall meet at Bldg 25, Civil Engineering, Muniz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, PR. Offerors shall wait outside until the Contracting Officer and Civil Engineering representative have accounted for all interested parties. No other site visit will be held for this requirement. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted no later than June 29, 2011 12:00PM EST. Questions shall be submitted in writing via-email to the Contract Officer Jennifer Jackson by the specified deadline. E-mail subject line shall include the solicitation number for reference. E-mail Address: jennifer.jackson.1@ang.af.mil RESPONSE DEADLINE: Proposals are due by July 13, 2011 12:00PM EST. NO EXCEPTIONS.
