- This contract will be subject to 52.222-41 Service Contract Act of 1965. This is the most current wage determination available from the Dept. of Labor. Please use this pricing schedule when submitting quotes. Please be aware shipping charges for supplies, etc should be included in your quote. Shipping arrangements should be made by the contractor. This attached Statement of Work also contains the workload for testing. All buildings listed in the workload list will be sampled and analyzed. The solicitation number is FA9301-11-M-E015. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-48 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2110103. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is B504. NAICS is 541380 and the size standard is $12,000,000.00. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. AFFTC/PKOB, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following service: Baseline Chemical and Biological Analysis for HVAC Industrial Water Systems at Edwards AFB, CA in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis (see attached Pricing Schedule).
