- Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, personal protective equipment and clothing, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) on the Paint Gun Cleaners. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and/or a Time and Materials (T&M) type CLIN contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 1 September 2011. Proposed Period of Performance: Basic Year: 1 October 2011 to 30 September 2012 Option I: 1 October 2012 to 30 September 2013 Option II: 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014 Option III: 1 October 2014 to 30 September 2015 Option IV: 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2016 Location: Tinker AFB, Ok The proposed requirement is for the Preventive/Remedial Maintenance of the Paint Gun Cleaners. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://ccr/gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation for this requirement will be issued on 8 July 2011. All proposals are due by close of business on 8 August 2011. The Government does not own the data rights or the processes for repair. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Authority is 10 USC 2304(c)(1).
