Description

Wage Determination Performance Work Statement Solicitation THE PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION IS FOR SUPPLIES AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE, OR A LIMITED NUMBER OF SOURCES UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 13.106-1(b). INTERESTED PERSONS MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT OR SUBMIT PROPOSALS. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. HOWEVER, ALL PROPOSALS RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE CLOSING DATE ON THE SOLICITATION WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE GOVERNMENT. A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS PROPOSED CONTRACT BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL NORMALLY BE CONSIDERED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. SPECIFICATIONS, PLANS, OR DRAWING RELATING TO THE PROCUREMENT DESCRIBED ARE INCOMPLETE OR NOT AVAILABLE AND CANNOT BE FURNISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT OWN THE DATA OR RIGHTS TO THE DATA NEEDED TO PURCHASE THIS ITEM FROM ADDITIONAL SOURCES. The contractor shall provide a computer upgrade to the Universal Linear Actuator Test Stand, model 101944-P2, in support of the 523rd Electronic Maintenance Squadron. The upgrade shall include verification and start-up of the computer and test stand at Hill AFB, UT. The contractor shall ensure the test stand is in working order prior to departure. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to complete the task in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
