- Question and Answer document. Amendment 1 This amendment to the solicitation is to revise Addendum 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors. Paragraph 2, Part I, was revised for the page count on subcontracting plan, and in paragraph 11b.(1)ii. (Volume II - Price Proposal), the pricing schedule instructions in bullets ii and iii were combined and revised, and the subsequent bullets were renumbered. A Question & Answer document has also been uploaded. There is no change to the original due date and time of proposal submission.
