- This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with FAR 19.13 - Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. THIS PRESOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET ONLY. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to renovate Baker Theater Building 607. The location of the required work is at Building 607 on Fort Leonard Wood Military Reservation, Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. Construction details and Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided when the formal solicitation for proposals is issued. All documents relating to the requirement will be posted on-line and available for download. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This will be a fixed price construction contract. The solicitation will be available on or about July 14, 2011. A solicitation mailing list will not be maintained for this procurement, all solicitation documents will be available electronically and it is the responsibility of the offeror to register for notification of updates to this procurement via this web site.
