- ***ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF COMPLETE SOLICITATION AND SPECIFICATIONS ELECTRONICALLY IN FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IS JULY 8, 2011. *** The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. Work includes furnishing all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to complete construction surveying, excavation, aggregate placement, hot asphalt placement, and geogrid, geotextile, welded wire form placement associated with road surface and road fill repairs and culvert installation and cleaning. This project is located on the Hebo Ranger District of the Siuslaw National Forest, Lincoln County. The Government's estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. A bid bond of 20 percent is required. A payment bond (100 percent) and a performance bond (100 percent) will be required after award. Contract performance time is 60 calendar days. Estimated start work date is August 22, 2011.
