- Attachment 3, Questionnaire in MS Word format Attachment 7, Kudzu Maps Attachment 6, BiColor Maps Attachment 5, Site Prep Maps Attachment 4, General Location Map Solictation AG-4146-S-11-0008 The National Forests in Alabama has a requirement for herbicide application on the Talladega National Forest. Contractor will provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools, supervision, including safety and other incidentals necessary to perform herbicide application for site preparation treatment for 173 acres, herbicide application for lespedeza bicolor treatment for 263.3 acres and herbicide application for kudzu treatment for 82.2 acreas as indicated in the specifications. The Forest Service will provide the chemicals/herbicides to be used for the project. The solicitation will be issued on or around 23 Jun 2011. The size standard is $7 million under NAICS code 115310. Period of performance. From 15 Jul 2011 or date of award whichever is later through 30 September 2011.This is a Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. If a site visit is conducted it will be indicated when the solicitation is posted on this website. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation and any subsequent postings. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed by FAR Clause 52.204-7 and ORCA.
