- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1U3EC1104A001 is hereby issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52, 31 May 2011. This requirement is set-aside for 100% HubZone. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238910. The Small Business Size Standard is $14.0M. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: Haul 8,600 cubic yards of soil to Gate Ponds CLIN 0002: Mob-Demob FE Loader, 5CY Capacity CLIN 0003: Mob-Demob 20CY Dump Trailer and Truck This requirement includes removing and disposing of 8,600 cubic yards of vegetative and grubbed material (mixture of vegetative, woody, and mixed soils) from Cathers Lake to the Gate Pond IAW attached statement of work.
