- RFQ Attachments #1, #2 and #4. Includes SOW, Price Schedule and Billing Instructions. Request for Quote, including Evaluation Criteria RFQ Attachment #3. Includes a copy of 10 CFR Part 10. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is attached to this posting. Solicitation NRC-HQ-11-Q-10-0068 herein is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This RFQ is set aside for small businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621112. All questions or inquiries regarding this RFQ should be directed to James Leedom, Contract Specialist via e-mail @ James.Leedom@nrc.gov. Questions shall be accepted until June 27, 2011 @ 12:00pm EST. Any questions received after June 27, 2011 may not be answered.
