- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government has a commodities requirement for: LPAS-320-A04 Manufactured by McDowell Research (3 ea); A-320KT Manufactured by McDowell Research (3 EA); and A-320DPA Manufactured by McDowell Research (3 ea). All items are to be considered "or equal". Any "equal" items quoted must be clearly identified and accompanied with an extnded description and/or specification on how it is considered "equal". The Antenna must have 30-180 MHZ FM fequecy range. The Amplifier Kit must be 20 watt multi-band with high frequecy antenna. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees; the SIC code is 3679. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current to Fac 2005-31, Effective 20 Apr 2009. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to meet the requirment. FOB: Destination for delivery to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 This requirement will be competed as a 100% small business set-aside.
