- ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Crystal Cooper, Contracting Officer, CCAM-AL-B, FAX NUMBER 256-955-9237. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. NSN: 1560-01-253-0382, PRON: AX0F5092AX, P/N 7-211140176-3, NOUN: Support Structural, Quantity: 450 each, 3-year IDIQ with minimum quantity of 450 and maximum quantity of 1,350 applicable to AH-64. This item is restricted to the approved sources(s): Marathonnorco Aerospace Inc., CAGE 08844; ECI Defense Group Inc., CAGE 3SDB5, GK Mechanical Systems, LLC, CAGE 3BU57 and The Boeing Company, CAGE 8V613 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
