- The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to HansaConsult of North America, LLC, Portsmouth, NH, in accordance with FAR6.302-1, for the procurement of Technical Engineering Services forthe Automated Environmental Leak Detection System. Only the partsmanufactured by Hansa Consult of North America will satisfy theGovernments needs to ensure compatibility with the existing equipment.This requirement is for non-commercial items/services and will beprepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 15.2. A FirmFixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contractis anticipated with a base year with four one-year options. TheNAICS Code is 541330 and the applicable size standard is $4.5m. NOSOLICITATION WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AS A RESULT OF THISANNOUNCEMENT.
