- Soilicitation SPM3S1-11-R-7075 will be issued approximately July 5, 2011 and will remain open for 30 days. The solicitation will include 16 beverage base components that will be procured as GFM items for assembly into the MRE32 program. This procurement will result in one or more firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract(s) with no EPA. The procurement method to be used is Best Value continuum. This will be a long term procurement. Term of the contract(s) will be a base year with 4 exercisable option years for a potential total of 5 years of performance.
