- This request for quotation is issued unrestricted. The Defense Logistics Agency has a requirement for annual software maintenance service on 15 each, AssetWin concurrent software licenses. Period of performance is August 1, 2011 through July 31, 2012. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. point are at destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Place of performance is Battle Creek, Michigan. Per 31 U.S.C. 3324, monthly billing is arrears is required. The single evaluation criterion for award is lowest priced technically acceptable. Your quotation must remain valid for a minimum period of 45 days measured from the date set for the initial receipt of quotations. Your quotation is due no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Time, June 30, 2011. Submit your quotaion via e-mail to David.Straughn@dla.mil.
