- This pre-solicitation notice is for Custodial / Janitorial services at Saugerties USARC, 1001 Kings Highway, Saugerties, NY. The award will be a fixed price contract with a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. Target start date is 1 July 2011. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, except as specified as Government-furnished, for the grounds maintenance services identified in the Performance Work Statement (which will be available in the solicitation). Services include, but are not limited to the following broken down format, Facility Cleaning on a weekly basis, Semi-Monthly (every two weeks), Monthly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Services as listed within the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561720, size standard of $16.5 Million. The solicitation will be posted on or about 22 June 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. Make sure that your company is a certified Small Business for NAICS code 561720 before taking the time to complete the solicitation. We will not award to your company if you cannot produce such proof. The response due date will be stated in the solicitation. PLEASE NOTE THE DUE DATE NOTED IN THIS NOTICE IS FOR ARCHIVE PURPOSES ONLY. THE QUOTE DUE DATE WILL BE LISTED IN THE SOLICITATION. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to participate on this requirement or whenever doing business with the Federal Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award. Once a DUNS number is obtained, it is HIGHLY recommended that you complete your company's Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at the website https://orca.bpn.gov/
