- Map Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811420, with a size standard of 7.0 Million. Solicitation number F2MRAR1129A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Reupholster Furniture. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46 effective 29 October 2010. The Government intends to award one contract for Reupholster Furniture at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Include the unit price and the extended price for all CLINs CLIN 0001: Reupholster Chair QTY: 220, (Statement of Work is attached) Note: Line item pricing should include pick up/delivery, handling, and disposal of packing materials. Site visit is required: 23 June 2011 at 1:30 to 2:30 pm Central Standard Time, location is at Dodd Field Chapel, Building# 1721, 3600 Dodd Boulevard Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. This is the only site visit that will be held. To access the Fort Sam Houston Gate: Winans Road Entrance: Non-military member needs to present Driver License and proof of insurance.
