- The solicitation will be available in FEDBIZOPPS on it's issue date of 06/20/11. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns with the small business size standard of 500 employees. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the government intends to solicit and contract for supplies from only the approved sources under authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: CAGE 1FJ84 P/N C30261 or CAGE 64879 P/N TWT161602J. Various Increments to be solicited will be as follows: 25-99, 100-149, 150-199, 200-249. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other factors as described in solicitation. Item under this acquisition may be subject to an agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars. Based upon market research, teh government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. A copy of this solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. on its issue date of 06/20/2011. **DLA INTERNET BID BOARD SYSTEM (DIBBS) QUOTATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS SOLICITATION.
