- J&A for Sole Source ArmorGroup This is a notice of intent to sole source current weapons removal and abatement service support to ArmorGroup North America (AG). This sole source requirement is for the continuance of services for the previously awarded contract. The type of service provided is for conventional weapons removal and abatement services. This action will allow uninterrupted Conventional Weapons Destruction services while the recompete of the follow-on contract is completed. See attached Justification and Approval for other than Full and Open Competition (J&A). The period of performance of this sole source is July 1, 2011 - September 30, 2011. Bids, proposals or capability statements for this work will not be accepted pursuant to the authority of 6.302-1.
