- This is announcement directing interested parties to the Department of Interior's Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov where details for the roof repairs and gutter installation on the Douglas Center for Environment Education, Building 314, Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, IN may be viewed. This RFQ includes the Statement of Work and Instructions to Offerors listed under Attachments. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. The posted RFQ contains a description and applicable clauses. To be considered for award your company must obtain a Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNs). You may obtain this number at 1(866)705-5711. Your company must also be registered in CCR with the appropriate NAICS code for this solicitation, web site: http://www.ccr.gov. If you have any registration questions, please call 1-888-227-2423. All prospective contractors are required to submit or upload their organizations Representation and Certifications (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov prior to submitting your offer.
