- This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to issue Request for Proposal W58RGZ-11-R-0261 for the procurement of one each Transportable Black Hawk Operations Simulator (T-BOS) System (Production Device 1) with US configuration. The T-BOS System (UH-60M) includes a UH-60L Cockpit Module; Documentation (Operator & Maintainer Manual, Instructor/Operator Manual, Commercial Off-The-Shelf Manual, Technical Data Package Schematics, Cold Start Procedures); Spares/Tools; and Non-Recurring Engineering. In addition, the requirement includes Training/Training Material for Instructors, Operators, and Maintainers; Technical Documentation; Travel; Program Management and Options for Engineering Services; Engineering Services (Material and Travel); and Hostile (Hot Weather) Environmental Kit (HEK) all in support of Production Device 1. The contract will include options for an additional 18 each T-BOS Systems (Production Devices 2 - 19) for US/Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The option devices will also include the aforementioned UH-60L Cockpit Module; Documentation; Spares/Tools; and Non-Recurring Engineering as well as options for Training/Training Material for Instructors, Operators, and Maintainers; Technical Documentation; Travel; Program Management; Engineering Services; Engineering Services (Material and Travel); and HEK in support of Production Devices 2 - 19. Systems procured for FMS customers will also include Contractor Logistics Support. These options may be exercised during the 60-month contract period. The closing date annotated is an estimated closing data for proposal submittal and may be adjusted dependent upon the release date of the solicitation.
