- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Anasazi Instruments, Inc. 4101 Cashard Ave, Ste 103, Indianapolis, IN 46203, to supply a 90 MHz NMR Spectrometer. The estimated award amount is $130,000. The statutory authority for other and full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or offers. There will be no solicitation available. If you have a spectrometer that meets all the specifications of the Anasazi 90MHz NMR Spectrometer, send your information in writing to Pam.Jones1@us.army.mil no later than 4:30 PM. on June 22nd.
