- Amendment No. 2 is now posted at www.fedconnect.net. The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specified Government furnished property, for the repair of the multiple historic buildings listed. River House: Foundation repairs and basement drainage. Foundation work includes installing steel reinforcing plates and helical soil anchors on two sides of the building, leveling the building, and repairing core holes and cracks in the exterior concrete stem walls. Basement drainage work includes excavating around the basement, installing prefabricated drainage products on the exterior side of the basement walls, installing foundation and roof drains, and backfilling. Incidental tasks include removing and replacing a concrete porch slab, and moving and reinstalling concrete window wells, historic landscape rockwork, and a fuel oil tank. Boat House: Foundation repairs and shear wall paneling. Foundation work includes removing and replacing 15 timber posts under the building, furnishing and installing 1 concrete pier block, and leveling the building. Shear wall paneling includes installing plywood panels on several interior walls and under a portion of the roof, and installing 1 drag beam. Smullin Visitor Center: Foundation repairs. Foundation work includes removing and replacing a rotted sill plate and rotted sections of siding, and associated exterior painting. NAICS Code is 238990. Project site is located in Grants Pass Resource Area, Josephine County, Medford District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
