- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-11-Q-0464 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52, Defense Circular Number 20110608, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2011-0421 and CPM 11-C-04. DESCRIPTION: Multiple compressed gasses in various sizes (See Attachment). This requirement is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with a minimum purchase price of $3000 and a maximum total price of $150,000. The period of performance for this contract will be for one (1) year from the execution of the contract. All proposals must be submitted on the Pricing Spreadsheet available below. The evaluated price is highlighted on the pricing spreadsheet. After downloading the Pricing Spreadsheet, firms interested in submitting quotes must: 1) Complete the Pricing Spreadsheet, and 2) Ensure current registration in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database. 3) Please specify delivery timeframes once an order is placed on a separate document. Shipping will be FOB Destination to various locations on Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson AZ 85707. Clause 52.216-22 Indefinite Quantity, applies to this acquisition.
