- SUBJECT: Project REPAIR ROOF AND ROOF DRAIN, CLINIC, BUILDING 113, CAMP DARBY, TIRRENIA (PISA), ITALY Solicitation Number : W912PF-11-R-0011 Set Aside Code; N/A Response date: 08 AUGUST 2011 Issuance date of the solicitation: 07 JULY 2011 Note to offerors: The project consists in the total replacement of the roof insulation and waterproofing packet at the Health Clinic, Building 113, Camp Darby. The drainage system which as part of the project needs also to be totally repaired, is made by pipes, running for the most part inside the structure. DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT. Work category : SOA CATEGORY AND CLASSIFICATION: OG1 -II SITE VISIT : The site visit will be held on 14 July 2011 at 9:00 hrs. MEETING POINT FOR THE SITE VISIST: Depot Area- Camp Darby ( Gate no.4). Only the persons which have provided the personal data will be allowed to perform the site visit. The US Government Personnel will check the identification card at the entrance of Camp Darby Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance of the Base. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting a written request not later than 06 JULY 2011 to the following e-mail address: cristina.pancaccini@eur.army.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the project number and the following information about the person will be present at the site visit: First name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Type of Document and Number of Document. This information will be submitted to the competent authority in order to obtain the authorization to enter the base. We inform you that our computer does not provide prrof of your mail receipt.
