- Description
- PROJECT INFORMATION: Services required to conduct periodic preventive, routine, and emergency repair and maintenance services of all Refrigeration Systems (including the Refrigeration Monitoring and Alarm Systems (RMAS) at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The contractor must be available for emergency service 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, and respond to emergency call within two (2) hours following notification and complete repairs within 24 hours. The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation necessary to perform maintenance and repair services. Only qualified technicians shall maintain the RMAS. The technician shall be craftsmen who have completed the training and certified by the RMAS manufacturer on proper installation, operation, and field service on the remote monitoring and control system. If not already certified, training is available through Com-Trol and personnel shall be qualified within 30 days of Contract Award.
