- The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, Procurement and Grants Office (PGO) intend to award a sole source, contract, in accordance with FAR 13, using simplified acquisition procedures to Public Health Foundation Enterprises, Inc, 1280 Crossroads Parkway S. #200, City of Industry, CA 91746, to provide logistical support for the 4 day pilot of the 'Selecting, Monitoring & Evaluating (SM&E) HIV Prevention Interventions' course to be held in Pretoria, Sourth Africa, August 22 -26, 2011. The PHFE is the creator of this course. No Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. This advertisement ends in 5 days accordance with FAR 5.203 (A) (1). Any interested companies are welcome to submit their ability to provide the specified products via e-mail, dvv1@cdc.gov. Please include reference number (2011-98960).
