- The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) of Fort Bragg, NC intends to award, on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1, a firm-fixed price service order to Time Warner Cable 60 Columbus Cir New York, NY 10023-5802. This request is for TV advertisement in multiple counties surrounding Fort Bragg, NC. Due to the nature of the services, Time Warner Cable appears to be the only known company to perform TV advertisement with the needed foot print. This acquisition will be processed using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NAICS Code 517110 Wired Telecommunications Carriers Manufacturing, size standard 1500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued. Interested parties may identify their interest, in writing, to SSG Stephen Cosey by email at stephen.cosey@conus.army.mil or mailed to Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Attention SSG Stephen Cosey, 2175 Reilly Road, Stop A Fort Bragg, NC 28310-5000. Posting date of this requirement is 14 May, 2011. Response to this notice must be received no later than Monday, June 20, 2011, 3:00 PM, EST. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Period of Performance date is July 01, 2011 through June 30, 2012.
