- Wage Determination Appendix C PWS Solicitation COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FBO for Sole-source: Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Schneider Electric Buildings Americas, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, transportation, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, and any incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB to perform Annual Maintenance Support Services on the Access Control System (ACS) in buildings 3220 and 3333. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this PWS. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line item contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 25 Jul 2011 through 24 Jul 2012 The proposed first option POP is: 25 Jul 2012 through 24 Jul 2013 The proposed second option POP is: 25 Jul 2013 through 24 Jul 2014 The proposed third option POP is: 25 Jul 2014 through 24 Jul 2015 The proposed fourth option POP is: 25 Jul 2015 through 24 Jul 2016 The estimated award date is: 25 Jul 2011. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561621 with a size standard of $12.5 million.
