- The U.S Army Contracting Command, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J. 07806-5000, onbehalf of Product Manager, Crew Served Weapons has awarded a sole source modification to FN Manufacturing LLC. 797 Old Clemson Road, Columbia SC 29229-4203 to fabricate and deliver 3,053 M240L Machine Guns to the U.S. Army on a fixed price (FFP) basis under a contract modification to W15QKN-09-C-0108 P00025 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1); Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B). The overall contract effort will be for the fabrication, inspection, testing and delivery of 3,053 Machine Guns. DISCLOSURE OF UNIT PRICES FN Manufacturing has asserted their rights restricting release of unit pricing information under the Freedom of Information Act IAW ARDEC Clause 52.224-4001 AS7029 (Formerly ARDEC 163). The US Government reserves the right to challenge this assertion at such time as FOIA request is made. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
