- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-KS-11-00011 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The requirement is a Small Business (SB) set-aside under NAICS code of 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with a SB threshold of $7,000,000.00. The description of the commercial service is for LiDAR data collection and landslide mapping in Oregon?s Coastal Basin for EPA Region 10, the Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and the CLINs will be structured in accordance with the attached Pricing Schedule that shall be submitted. Award will be made to the responsive and responsible contractor that is deemed the lowest price technically acceptable. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Quotes must be emailed, or mailed and are due by 09 June 2011 at 16:30 pm Central Time. Provision 52.212-3 and its ALT I, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. Offerors should include a completed copy of this provision with its offer. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
