All offerors shall submit one (1) original proposal version, and two (2) redacted* versions, and a copy of the Excel spreadsheets on a CD to the Contracting Office address listed on page 26 no later than 7/12/2011, 4 p.m. Eastern time. This requirement is due to email restrictions. * Redacted copies include blanking out or removing any information that would identify the offeror, such as but not limited to: company names or affiliates, addresses, phone/fax numbers, names of employees, logos, etc.
