Description: Provide HVAC filters on an order basis. There are currently 88 sizes of various types of filters being used. The sizes and types of filters may increase or decrease due to changes in requirements such as installation or modification of equipment or addition of new buildings. These changes are within the scope of this contract. Reduced requirements shall not be grounds for claim or request for equitable adjustment. Additional requirements shall be the subject of mutual modification. Vendor shall deliver all filters within (2) two weeks after receipt of the order. Base period is 1 August 2011 - 30 July 2012. Actual number of filters and filter sizes and types shall be determined on each delivery order. There will an opportunity for four (4) option periods.
