- FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT: Carmine Raimondi, 732-532-8619 This is a market survey to locate sources who can supply the following items: Multiband submersible tactical handheld radio, 2 or 20 meter, 30-512 MHz, with 5 kHz and 6.25 kHz step size; with the following waveforms/modes of operation: AM/FM, Havequick I/II, SINCGARS, MIL-STD-188-181B CPM waveform (56 kbps data), MIL-STD-188-181C, -182B, 183B Integrated Waveform (TDMA SATCOM), ANDVT and retransmission; Type I or Type III encryption; with vehicle adapter (20W or 50W), tactical repeater, base station (20W or 50W), Lithium-ion rechargeable battery, 1 meter VHF blade antenna, broadband antenna and holster. The government does not have any drawings/specifications for this item. Suppliers capable of furnishing this system must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USACECOM; ATTN: AMSEL-LC-SA-COM Carmine Raimondi; Building 1208; Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. The deadline for response is May 26, 2011, and must include documented capability to manufacture and deliver Multiband Handheld Radios.
