- The Bureau of Reclamation, Multi Species Conservation Program, has an requirement for Fertilizers to be delivered to the Beal Lake Conservation Area, Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, AZ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a Request for Quotation (RFQ No. R11PS30335) is being issued subsequent to this Combined Solicitation/Synopsis. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-52. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 424910, Farm Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 424910, and the size standard is 100 employees. Line item 0001 - UN-32 - price per ton - estimated quantities: 4 tons per yearLine item 0002 - 10-34-0 - price per ton - estimated quantities: 5 tons per yearLine item 0003 - Manganese Chelate - price per gallon - estimated quantities: 67 gallons per yearLine item 0004 - Zinc Chelate - price per gallon - estimated quantities: 32 gallons per year Fertilizer shall be delivered to Beal Lake Conservation Area, Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, approximately 10 Miles SE of Needles, CA and approximately 30 miles NW of Lake Havasu City, AZ. Google Maps Grid Coordinates are: 34.776165, -114.527321 Determination of award will be based on the lowest-priced responsive quote from a responsible offeror. Award will result in a 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and BPA Calls will be established to authorize delivery on an as needed basis. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - Offerors shall include in their offer a completed copy of the provision 52.212-03 or indicate completion of the applicable Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA).
