Description

DESCRIPTION: This notice is not a solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about July 1, 2011 and will allow no less than 30 calendar days for proposal preparation. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127(d) this project is 100% set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The successful contractor must be registered at www.ccr.gov and at www.vetbiz.gov and must have the Center for Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal. Contractor to provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials and supervision to design and construct irrigation system upgrades in accordance with the contract scope of work. Work will include, but not be limited to, site preparation, excavation, electrical, control systems, plumbing, landscape restoration, etc. Successful contractor will be responsible for all coordination, phasing and scheduling of the work required to complete contract performance. Coordination efforts may include other contractors performing work on-site as well as coordination of work with appropriate government personnel. All responsible contractors submitting a responsive proposal by the time indicated in solicitation will be considered.
