- NAICS Code: 811219. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) has a requirement for a maintenance service agreement for the following laboratory equipment located at the U.S. EPA Central Regional Laboratory, 536 S. Clark St., Chicago, IL 60605, and intends to award a firm fixed purchase order on a sole source basis using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Thermo Electron North America, LLC 1400 Northpoint Parkway, Suite 50, West Palm Beach, FL 33407-1976 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The following Thermo Electron items(s) will be covered under this maintenance service agreement are: 1. Triplus Base Unit 120/230V Serial Number: 20080069 2. Trace GC MS2032 LAN 230V Serial Number: 32008111 3. TSQ Quantum Less GC Serial Number: TQU01566 No specifications are available. No further description is available. Items are not available for inspection. Period of performance is one (1) year. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation is available. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations received will be considered by the government. Offerors must also include their United States Postal Service street mailing address, e-mail address, and a fax number. This requirement will not be split, and award will be made on an all or nothing basis. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Requirement: Potential offerors must be registered in the CCR.
