- NOTICE: Department of Labor Memeorandum 210 Subject: Servicd Contract Act Health and Wealfare Fringe Benefit Changes Effective June 17,2011 the new SCA health and wlfare benefit will be $3.59 per hour. IAW DOL instructions the Contracting office may make a pen and ink change to the current wage determination on offers recieved after June 17th, 2011. This is to inform the offerors that the proposal shall reflect the increase in H&W. If there are any question please email them to the Contracting Officer, Geral Baxter at geral.baxter@us.army.mil
