- The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Weibel Scientific A/S, Stumpedyssevej 40, H?RSHOLM, DNK, 2970. The contractor shall provide preventative maintenance and maintenance on Government- owned Weibel Scientific Digital Doppler Radar systems. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this equipment is 811219, and the size standard is $7M.
