- Arcata Associates, Incorporated has a requirement to convert the existing MilestoneInternet Protocol (IP) Video Management System (VMS) to a Lenel OnGuard integrated IP-VMSwhich will include transition of video manager software and Network Video Recorders(NVR)s at the Protective Services Control Center-Annex (PSCC-A) at the Dryden AircraftOperations Facility (DAOF) per the attached Statement of Work. Please complete attachedRequest for Quote to bid. Arcata Associates, Inc. would like to conduct a SITE VISIT on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at10:00am for all potential bidders. The duration of this site visit will be approximately1 hour at the Dryden Aircraft Operations Facility (DAOF) located at 2825 East Avenue P,Palmdale, CA 93550. During this survey, the bidders will be escorted to the location ofthe work to be performed. Anyone wishing to bid MUST attend the site survey. There is alimit of two (2) representatives per supplier.
