- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (ii) This solicitation, FA4460-11-T-0049, shall serve as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-52 (Effective 31 MAY 2011). (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 339999 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. (v) Easy Dunker Trailer Deluxe Manufacturer: Twister Displays, Polyethylene Dunking Tank. Features 500 gallon tank, trailer mounted, with window. Brand name or equal is requested in solicitation FA4460-11-T-0049. Refer to attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-11-T-0049 schedule for CLIN item details. (vi) The contractor shall deliver no later than 30 days after contract date. FOB: Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. (vii) The provisions and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-11-T-0049 apply to this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. It is recommended that responding offerors register on ORCA (http: //orca.bpn.gov) / ensure ORCA is current. (viii) Not Applicable (ix) Quotes are required to be received by the 19th Contracting Squadron NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. CST, Friday, 24 June 2011.
