- Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS) Lower Helmet Vehicle Interface (LHVI) Connectro Saver Retrofit Item 001: Program support for Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS) Lower Helmet Vehicle Interface (LHVI) Connector Saver Services, Engineering, Technical Support, Travel, Training, Modified cables, and spares. Descriptoin: In accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 25 May 2011. Travel and per diem in support of CLIN 001 as approved inadvance, IAW FAR Part 31. Quanity is 1 lot. Item 002: Engineering Services for Engineering Drawings; Description IAW with PWS section 1.3, quantity is 1 lot. Item 003: Modification and Retrofit AIrcraft Modificaiton kit consisting of the JHMCS LHVI Cable with Connector Saver, cable shipment label, Kit contents list, and GFE strap & Atch Hardware, description IAW PWS. Quantity 651 ea. Item 004: Modificiation/Retrofit JHMCS LHVI connector saver Tool Kit consisting of an Extraction Tool an dan Insertion Tool, and Kit contents list. Quantity 100 ea. Item 005: Modification/Retrofit Spare LHVI - cables. Qauntity 200 ea. Item 006: Provisioning for Initial Spares. Quantitiy 133 ea. This is a FFP contract with a period of performance twenty-four (24) months. Information submitted should be pertinent and specifi in the technical area under consideration, on each of the following qualifiaciton: (1) Experience: An outline of pervious projects providing first article that has been produced, passed the required ejection sled or tower testing, and compatibility testing with the existing Upper Helmet Vehicle Interface (UHVI) and/or UHVI with the Improved Quick Disconnect Connector (IQDC), specific work preiously performed or being performed and any in-house research and development effort. (2) Personnel: Name, professional qualifications and sepcific experience of scientist, engineers and/or technical personnel who may be assigned as a principal investigator and/or project officer; (3) Facilities: Availability and description of special facilities required to perform in the technical areas under consideration. A statement regarding industy security clearance. Any other specific and pertinent information as pertains to this particular area of procurement that would enhance our consideration and evaluation of the information submited.
