- Question and Answer Set #1 DI-NDTI-80809B Revised CDRL A002 DI-TMSS-80527A Revised CDRL A001 Purchase Specification dated 16 June 2011 Solicitation FA8224-11-R-1010 The Air Force plans to procure one (1) X-Ray Linear Accelerator to replace the obsolete L-2000 X-Ray Accelerator. A site visit will be held on Monday 13 June 2011 at 9:00 AM Mountain Time. Contractors interested in attending must contact Hope Gonzales at Hope.Gonzales@hill.af.mil NO LATER THAN Thursday 9 June 2011 2:00 PM MT with the individuals name(s). Please note, foreign nationals cannot be granted access and will not be allowed on the site visit. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must obtain a DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and "active" CCR will result in an award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. The Offer Due Date is 18 July 2011. The entire solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOpps (FBO) website <https://www.fbo.gov>. All current/future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specification, and Q &A's will be distributed through FBO. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Please use the solicitation document attached to this posting for proposal submission. Any questions concerning this requirement must be submitted in writing at least FIVE WORKING DAYS prior to the due date.
