- This announcement serves as a Sources Sought Synopsis issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a request for quotations. DO NOT submit a quote or proposal in response to this synopsis. For the purpose of this acquisition, the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541519 and the size standard is $25M. The purpose of this notice is to identify companies capable and qualified to providing Instructor-led Training for AS 5300 Certification. Description Requires instructor-led training on the AS 5300 (Avaya), with the result of students understand AS 5300 fundamentals and how to configure, install and maintain the AS 5300 system. Training will be conducted at the instructors facility for 3-6 students. All interested firms shall submit a response demonstrating their capabilities to produce a course to the Primary Point of Contact listed below. As stipulated in FAR 15.201, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract shall be solely within the Government's discretion. If your firm is capable and qualified to provide Instructor-led Training for AS 5300 Certification, please respond via email no later than 1400 EST, 17 June 2011.
