- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W16L4N11571001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-51. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 532292 and the small business size standard is $7,000,000. The following commercial items are requested: CLIN 0001: Rental of 40X60 Elite Tent, 2 Each. Rental Period 8 Weeks 5-22 Aug 2011 and 1-30 SEP 2011. CLIN 0002: Rental of 200 FT Sidewall for above referenced tents. Rental Period 8 Weeks 5-22 Aug 2011 and 1-30 SEP 2011. CLIN 0003: Rental of Folding Chairs, 400 Each. Rental Period 8 Weeks 5-22 Aug 2011 and 1-30 SEP 2011. CLIN 0004: Rental of 8 Foot Tables, 50 Each. Rental Period 8 Weeks 5-22 Aug 2011 and 1-30 SEP 2011. CLIN 0005: Rental of Light Set (2) for two (2) 40X60 Tents referenced in CLIN 0001 above. Rental Period 8 Weeks 5-22 Aug 2011 and 1-30 SEP 2011. CLIN 0006: Delivery, Set Up, Any Maintenance Required and Pick up Charges. Delivery Location: HQ 42nd Infantry Division, New York Army National Guard, Building 855, Fort Drum, New York 13602 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Submit the price quote information via email to Mark Walsh at mark.r.walsh@us.army.mil. Responses to this RFQ must be received via e-mail not later than 10:00 AM 23 June 2011 Eastern Standard Time. Oral Quotes will not be accepted. Collect calls will not be accepted. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. All proposals must be directly submitted by the firm registered in CCR that is intended to be the successful awardee. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items apply. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable.
