- This is a Notice of Intent to award a Single Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to II Corps Consultants, located at 4444 Germanna Hwy #165, Locust Grove, VA 22508 under the basis of authority of FAR 6.302-1 for web development and web maintenance services in support of the Pre-Deployment Training Program Toolkit (PTP)for Training and Education Command (TECOM). A determination has been made by the Government to use other than full and open competition for this acquisition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The contractor will serve as a content manager, programmer, and database administrator to the TECOM G-3 Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Branch (MAGTF-TB), facilitating the efficient dissemination of information over the PTP Website internet web portal using various commercial software/programming tools.
