- GSA, FAS intends to establish a à œnot to exceedà twelve (12) month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for TWO National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in the FSC 8030. The SPQ period will be July 1, 2011 and award period will not exceed one year. All quotes for this SPQ are to be FOB Origin, Prepay and Add with a requested 30-day delivery or less. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award could be based on past performance, price and/or delivery.
